This recording was shot 5th of february 2020. It’s not perfect but I hope you enjoy it anyways. in case you’re wondering, during the mix I added an extra layed of echo with Boss DD-500 for the depth. Sounds almost like having some synth pads in the background.

RUOKANGAS VALVEBUCKER VSOP GUITAR
What a beautiful this is guitar, I recieved the guitar two hours before the band rehearsals. I knew the pickup would be perfect for this tune so I decided to capture a video. In this video you can see me learning how it really works. The valvebucker pickup is indeed powered by a tube. The guitar sounds absolutely unique and give the player an incredible amount of dynamics. highly open inspiring sound. Even with overdrive, there’s a certain clarity in the tone. I had the guitar here for a few days to get to know it before our live demos during the Helsinki Tone Fest. Thank you Juha Ruokangas for the honour.
