Korg Miku Stomp, now already a legendary vocaloid pedal for guitar. This is an archive clip from 2015, I just found it from my harddiscs. I though some of you might find this entertaining or interesting so what the heck! 🙂
This is the very first time I sat down and properly connected with Miku Stomp pedal. I bought the pedal from Amp Station, Shibya, Tokyo. It was second hand and I got for a very good deal since I was doing a Hughes & Kettner clinic there that day. Absolutely no regrets about buying this special pedal!!!
I just wanted to jam and get to know how the pedal acts and tracks my playing, so I just recorded two chords on a looper. This improvisation became sort of a prototype for the composition “Miku” found on Neon Alchemist -EP. You can also see a very rought temporary pedalboard .
The gear in this 2015 video:
Hughes & Kettner Grandmeister 36 Amp / 1×12 Cab
Ibanez Tubescreamer mini (also bought this pedal from Amp Station that same day!)
TC Electronic Flashback mini delay / Hall of Fame / Ditto Looper
MXR 10 band Eq
Korg Pitch Black Tuner and Miku Stomp
Of course I’m playing with me first Ruokangas Aeon . These days it was my one and only Ruokangas guitar.
Here’s a beefy video about my current pedalboard system
