A few years back the great drummer Vincent Fosset Jr. and I decided to reimagine the Don Nix blues classic “Going Down.” Then, from Memphis, along the banks of the Mississippi, award-winning blues singer John Nemeth hopped in on vocals and harp. Bass legend Stuart Hamm rounded out the low end. Rebecca Krogman edited it all together.
