Before heading to France, here’s a video collage from Germany. Selected clips from my Workshop and Masterclass tour in May. Focus here is on playing of the tunes.
The evenings were combos of workshops and masterclasses. First we spend two hours focusing on guitar playing, especially phrasing / improvising. Then one hour focusing more on entertainment, Mika playing Mr. Fastfinger tunes with the screens.
In this video I used clips from all three different locations. Agora Music School in Bad Kreuznach and Idar-Oberstein, Sebastian Naaas musikschole in Leihlinge.
I used sound from Idar-Oberstein and Bad Kreuznach. At Idar-Oberstein I actually captured the line out from the amp (with my zoom recorder) I was able to mix that together with the camera audio. Some of the clips has audio just from the camera. I did my best to make them as enjoyable as possible. I also mixed some of the original backingtracks there for more full sound.
